A Universal Method

Perceptech inc offers the universal method. This is what enables us to debit bank accounts of all Canadian or American financial institutions, as well as MasterCard and Visa.

Fees

The transaction fees are subject of an agreement between Perceptech and the citizen. They are minimal and less expensive than the current competition. The City has therefore no transaction or administrative fees to pay
